Bathing in The Ocean
I invite everyone to read carefully this section about bathing in the ocean.
Bathing in the ocean is recommended for everyone, regardless of age. Sea water cleans and softens the skin and helps heal or prevent conditions such as acne, eczema, pityriasis and psoriasis, while at the same time raising the metabolism. Swimming is a wonderful sport which leads to perfect muscular harmony. It is not recommended to spend too much time in the sea and it should be done before sun bathing, since the body warms up in the sun and blood vessels dilate. Immersion in cold water causes a sudden loss of temperature, making blood vessels constrict rapidly. This has a negative influence on the heart. Swimming in the ocean should not exceed 10-15 minutes at 30 minutes intervals. A prolonged swim in the ocean may cause insomnia for certain people. A 15-20 minute walk on the beach is recommended before swimming.
You should also protect your hair from the water since sea water makes it rough and causes bleaching. If you swim without a bathing cap, ensure that you shampoo immediately afterwards to thoroughly wash off the salt. If you have seborrhea, or red spots, dandruff, itchy scalp or hair loss, I suggest that you shampoo the following day because fresh sea salt greatly aids in the healing of any skin disorder or problem.
If there is a tide, take advantage: lie down in the surf, or if you are not afraid, stand where the waves break and let the sea massage your skin. It is a good treatment for cellulitis. If your thighs and hips are large, go into the ocean up to your hips and walk along the beach. This exercise strengthens your muscles and helps you lose weight (better than a diet).
When you come out of the ocean, apply my organic cream as directed. You will see how your skin is protected and tans beautifully. Moreover, the tan will stay for eight months and you will not peel. After meals, you should wait three hours before going into the ocean.
Sun Bathing - Be Careful!
I have a unique cosmetic face and body cream for sun care. Provided it is used as directed, you will tan your face and body beautifully, and your skin will be without wrinkles and smooth like a baby's skin. Sun bathing can have positive effects on your body, your health and your beauty. But please be aware that it also can have negative effects.
Under the action of ultraviolet rays, provitamin D in the superficial layer of the epidermis turns into vitamin D, This nutrient is very necessary for your body. Sunlight also increases sweating and evaporation, which facilitates the elimination of toxins from your body. Deep penetration of the sun's rays increases the number of red cells and muscle tone.
Once again, I caution you that if you use lotions or creams which contain chemicals to protect your self from the sun, my advice will not benefit you. Provitamin D will not be able to turn into vitamin D and the chemicals in the creams will prevent the elimination of toxins from your body, the increase of red cells and the improvement of your muscle tone. On the contrary, the chemicals in creams kill the red cells.
Before sunbathing, you should remove all make up and clean your complexion. Use makeup remover and avoid soap as much as possible. Do not apply lipstick, foundation or mascara, etc; since all of these may cause contact eczema due to the dyes they contain. Eruptions such as acne or eczema, cutaneous porphyria, skin lesions, keratoma senilis, inflammation of the lips; especially if you have rosacea, may all be caused by exposure to the sun. Tanning gives the impression that skin is healthy. But in fact, sun exposure may aggravate the condition, because under the action of the sun, the capillaries shrink and dilate.
Please do not think that because you do not see negative effects right away, that you are not damaging your skin. After a week you may begin to see the signs of the above mentioned disorders. These may take as long as 3 or 4 weeks to appear on your face or on your body, and in sensitive areas. Once spots appear, it is very difficult to get rid of them. You may become vulnerable. Sulphonamides, phenolphthalein (a compound of various laxatives, allergy medication, Romergan, Nilfan), various tranquillizers, etc. may cause one to become sensitive to light.
A word of warning! If the sky is cloudy, do not go out without the cream. Apply the sun filter cream since UV rays penetrate through the cloud, and so do not believe that if the sun does not shine, you will not be at risk of second or third degree sun burns.
Always remember that different people react differently to the sun and the adapation period varies according to the individual characteristics (gender, age, skin colour, hair colour). Men are generally more sensitive than women; fair skinned or redheaded persons with a very light complexion are more sensitive than dark haired individuals, and children are more sensitve than grown ups.
Please note: Sunbathing is not recommended for everyone. You should always ask your doctor before starting sunbathing. Also, it is not recommended for people with TB, high blood pressure, certain skin conditions, Basedow's disease, liver diseases, anxiety disorders, varicose veins, and certain diseases of the digestive system.

Instructions: The day before you go on vacation buy a bag of coarse sea salt. In the evening, put five tablespoons of salt in a bowl of 3 tablespoons of hot water and wash your entire body including your face and eyelids. This will remove the superficial dead skin layer. The next day your skin is ready for the sun filter cream. The cream will give your skin a beautiful color and a healthy glow that will last up to eight months. Your skin will never peel if you do this the night before with the sea salt preparation. You will also maintain muscle tone.
You may apply the cream to the face, around the eyes, eyelids, and the body; be sure to deeply massage the cream into the skin for optimal results.
If you go on vacation take the cream, but be warned: Do not stay in the sun even for one minute without applying the cream. Once you have applied the cream, you can stay in the sun. Your skin will be noticeably less wrinkled. Apply the cream twice each day. Apply first thing in the morning; then after lunch, especially so if you put on clothing for lunch, apply the cream again. The first day that you apply the cream, your body will be a pink red and you will feel warm. Do not be alarmed, you will not experience any burning or pain, you will only feel a sense of warmth. On the first day , do not stay in the sun longer then 15 minutes. The next day, you will be impressed at how beautiful your skin will be.
You also, can use the cream on the whole family, including babies 3 weeks or older (but be careful not to keep babies in the sun for very long).
Additionally, you may use this cream on a daily basis, not just for sun protection, but also as an muscle toning agent. You may use any time of the year, in any season as it does not contain chemicals.
