The History of Hair
There are two conditions that contribute to disorders of the scalp:
Alopecia: the temporary loss of hair due to an infectious skin disease.

Seborrhoea: a skin disease provoked by the excessive secretion of the sebaceous glands, followed by glandular hyperactivity. Seborrheic alopecia causes permanent hair loss, occurring most often in men from 12 to 20 years of age. Often, if it begins at a young age and will lead to "calvitia hipocratica", a receding of the hairline including the occipital region. There are numerous such cases even among females, though in general, for them hair loss is more diffuse (a thinning of the hair). Here too, some cases may lead to calvitia, but these cases are rare.

Heredity is a significant factor in the development of seborrheic alopecia. However, more recently, it has been shown that in 70% of cases, nutrition and diet has played an even more significant role. Sugary products, the use of chemical based vitamins (containing C and H), and pesticides are all dangerous and contribute to the condition. Today, fruit that originally may have contained an abundance of natural nutrients now contains only chemicals (especially in North & South America). This not only decreases its nutritional value, but the flavour is also lost.

During the 1960's, natural sugars contained glucose, fructose, sucrose, lactose, maltose and glucides. These all make up a part of the three specific groups of combinations of a living organism. These natural sugars did not produce vitamins (C and H) in a large quantity. This combination of vitamins C and H increases the secretion of sebum. Whereas before such chemical based sugars did not exist, today all fruits containing sugar with vitamins C and H, are synthetic. All that was once natural has been lost due to chemicals sprayed onto fruits or used as fertilizers, pollution, and UV rays from the sun. These all affect the quality of our fruit and vegetables. Many people eat fruits and vegetables with the idea that they are wholesome, often not taking time to consider just how many chemicals they will be ingesting.

Hair Loss
Another cause of hair loss is rapid weight-loss diets, many of them using chemical substances to achieve the desired result of being slim. All these factors lead to the onset of seborrhoea, which constitutes the most frequent cause of alopecia. As soon as you observe the beginning of hair loss, please begin treatment immediately. Other factors which cause seborrheic alopecia: excessive intellectual activity, psychic conditions such as asthenic neurosis or stress, junk food, too much sugar, vitamin deficiency (C and H), and excessive and irrational grooming of your hair.

As mentioned above, shampoos and conditioners increase the secretion of sebum, as well as the abuse of medication and dieting without medical supervision. All these factors facilitate the appearance of seborrhea, which is the main cause of alopecia. Then, one thing leads to another: infectious conditions of the skin, temporary hair loss.

Please note that people with alopecia and seborrhea do not have red spots. They only have an irritation resembling pimples which cause itchiness.

Both the above mentioned causes may be easily treated with my natural conditioners and shampoos, as well as my natural scalp cream. Also, for itchiness, I have a scalp lotion which is good for hair loss. If you use hair care products with chemicals, you will have itchiness or loss of hair.

Important: For persons with long hair, it is necessary to cut the hair short and use the hair cream for optimum results.
